Stress can affect you physically, mentally, and emotionally. And prolonged stress impacts your overall health… heart disease, high blood pressure, and depression.  There are many ways to help manage stress, but often we don’t take the time.  This Mayo Clinic article outlines how exercise can help relieve stress.
It’s Monday… when stress starts building, look for ways to manage it.  You could take a walk, stretch, or meditate. Your body will thank you.
